• Dealing with accountants / financial advisors for the Firm, insurance
companies, other solicitors, and training establishments on a regular basis.
• I keep the MP's diary up to date and ensuring any files required for meetings
obtained in readiness.
• I also assist with the IT department troubleshooting any in-house computer
issues on a daily basis and referring to our IT provider if these issues cannot
be resolved in house.
• Overseeing the Firm's email info account on a daily basis and forwarding
emails on as and when required.
• Assisting MP with the update of the on-line office manual
• Collating information leading to accreditations and submitting to the appropriate authority
• Collating information for Professional Indemnity Insurance and submitting on
an annual basis to insurance companies.
• Assisting the Business Development Manager with the marketing of the Firm
• Preparing documents and correspondence using Digital Dictation (Total Speech / Big Hand) for Conveyancing, Litigation and Probate Departments on
a regular basis / as and when required.
