I have successfully led the implementation of software in Peshawar Electric Supply Company. The company's banking and Taxation department could not account for income and expenses and maintained their accounts manually. It was discovered that they needed change management supplemented by software solutions tailored for them. After a thorough discussion with the management, I lead the change management drive and successfully implemented a software solution.

I was employed in one of the "Big Four" firms as an associate consultant in Global Risk Management Systems. I was employed on the functional side of the implementation of ERP Oracle for control and risk management. I was overseeing the implementation of Order Management, Inventory and Procurement Modules. I used to gather the information from the client that was required to implement the module. I had to understand the complications of accounting and finance cycles in the industry and keep my eyes peeled for any issue. I also had to conduct the CRP & UAT sessions to guide the client about how the modules work. A new client who had no formal purchase cycle reached out to design a proper purchase cycle up to the industry's mark. Our team helped them design and implement the entire process from scratch, and the client started recording their purchases accurately, increasing their sales.
