For the last 2 years I’ve been working at Waterlily where I have contributed to the going concern of the business by improving the business model, optimising and re-engineering a few key processes, as well as business development engagements.
Privately, I have 1.helped colleagues 🖥 2.Helped friends 🎸in 3 months and, 3.Taught my son to ride a pedal bike in 10mins. That being said, I am drawn to working for Equantis because I believe in the vision you have of solving complex challenges for clients and I am convinced that I can use my skills to benefit the team and achieve the business objectives
Outside of work I enjoy developing others through mentoring and coaching - as a result, I do great deal of community work, + Family man. I am also big on personal development- because I do is guided by the ethos that everything that’s being done today can be done better tomorrow - and if anything, technology is a great medium for that 😉
