AGNC Currently responsible for all of MPG's and its sister brand AGNC's analytics and reporting - I'm also
responsible for any "special projects" within the business that often require me to work directly with the founder on projects that blend business strategy and innovation. I've often seen as the problem solver within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Business Reporting
o After implementing a sophisticated project management tool and time tracking across
the agency, I then created a business management report that has been crucial in making resourcing decisions.
o The business management report is also used to highlight individual's productivity and efficiencies that determine bonuses
• Client Reporting
o The agency hadn't previously had a lead in reporting, I noticed inefficiencies that could
be resolved and requested that I led this specialism
o Within one month I had outlined a new process for completing client reports that saw
training time reduce from 4-6 weeks to 1 week
o In addition to this, I built and wrote automated reports that reduced weekly task time
from 2.5 hours a week to 15 minutes a week
• Innovation/Problem Solving
o A large part of my current role is dealing with curveballs - these may be internal or
external curveballs. I'm fortunate to be in a position where the founder and account
managers all trust me to figure out what is going wrong, how to fix it and then also follow through and fix it
o A large part of these tasks is figuring something out on the fly which I'm very comfortable
with - the other part of these tasks is keeping stakeholders updated which is something
I'm also well versed in
