Who am I?
My name is Tanya. I'm passionate about User Experience (UX), product design and innovative ideas in technology. I love creating digital products that change the way we see, perceive and live our lives.
What do I do currently?
I work as a senior UX analyst. In the last three years I worked in a team of senior UX professionals to deliver UX-related projects to a large organisation (1000+ people). I have worked in every area of delivering a project:
•talking openly to the client in order to gain understanding of the aims and objectives of the project
•doing research to understand the needs and the expectations of the end user
•process mapping
•usability and accessibility statements (including how the projects meets any legal requirements, such as GDPR)
•producing user-centric product designs
•providing consultancy to the client and presenting UX research findings
•making sure the product is created according to the GDS standards
•creating digital products and services with end users in mind
•end-to-end UX testing, spotting any red routes along the way and solving potential issues before they become a problem.
What experience do I have?
I have extensive experience in:
•project management
•digital product design
•creating digital solutions that take into consideration the needs of all stakeholders.
What are your latest projects?
My latest projects include the implementation of two large systems – Civica’s Contract360 (especially designed for local authorities and government organisations) and AzeusCare ( a CMS in the healthcare industry).
What credentials do you have?
Oxford university
In 2020 I completed a course by Oxford University called “Successful change management”. The course examined how to change organisational strategies based on better user-centric designs, both online and offline.
Harvard Business School
In 2019 I completed a qualification by Harvard Business School called “Disruptive strategy”. The course taught me how to create innovative and highly effective strategies to deliver products and services that create competitive advantage to organisations.
The University of Hull
I was also awarded a first class (hons) degree (BA Business and marketing) by the University of Hull.
