• Updating and maintaining accurate information in HR database; adding new starters, removing leavers and updating payroll records to ensure data accuracy.
• Carrying out references and background checks on prospective employees. Ensuring they are completed and up to date.
• Creating high volume of starter packs - offer letters, contracts of employment and other HR related documentation.
• Coordinating daily function of the online recruitment system (NETWORKX) and managing the full recruitment cycle - liaising with recruitment agencies, screening and interviewing candidates.
