I'm offering
Highly motivated, versatile and analytical Project Coordinator with First Class degree in Philosophy and BTEC Leadership training. Proven ability to develop, manage and motivate a team within a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Swiftly identifies the root cause of any problem and develops an effective solution. Excellent understanding of excel and data analysis proven in day-to-day work. Knowledge of manning calculations and headcount predictions based on analysis of historical data from various reports.
I have good communication skills, as well as the ability to find a common
ground, which is crucial for excellent guidance and training of other people. I am a self-motivated person, who enjoys challenge and a chance to use my initiative, when necessary. My education taught me to be open to new ideas and ways of thinking, which makes me able to adapt to new situations
and apply newly gained skills effectively. A calm and reasoned approach helps me to better understand new situations and problems.
Since I was given opportunity to widen my knowledge and skills as Project Support Partner, I worked on company’s crucial projects, including L-QAF alignment projects. There I proved my abilities to analytically research and highlight inaccurate data. Through my commitment and engagement I successfully led these projects to completion, increasing company’s profit. As PSP I had a chance to bring positive change within the operation as well as within entire Project Team. I designed and created additional tools which improved our team’s quality and standards of work. I now seek opportunity to further expand my knowledge and skills.
