Working on the BT account, I was project managing a large part of a 6 years strategy of rebranding the company for the consumers and businesses. Working in a fast peace environment I had to focus,
present and deliver to the client a 1.6M project considering the smallest details from organizing and
digitalizing BT employee handovers to BT online shop integration with tracking system for their
services to name a couple. Considering the size of the BT business I created a template timing plan of how this re-branding and revolutionized solution can be successfully implemented, organizing
workshops with key stakeholders and providing step by step support along the way.

commerce platform from a rather complicated custom build CMS to Adobe Experience. In charge of managing the UX, UI, Development and delivery process, I had to design and develop the Adobe

Outside this, I was in charge with managing some of their largest projects including ATL and BTL
launches for the Samsung A3, A5 series, flagship Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ globally and Samsung
Galaxy Note 9 and 9+, their most advanced mobile device to date. In addition to these global
impacting launches I managed the global launch of their flagship QLED TVs on their newly build .com
