As a people person my career path has led me towards customer facing roles. I am passionate about the customer service side of industry for both clients and colleagues.
With extensive experience in hospitality and front line customer service I found myself working in my dream location, the French Alps. However, I soon figured out that I was never going to make it as the next Bode Miller, so I decided to come back to London to focus on a role which will help me grow alongside a start up company.
I wanted to prove that a sales consultant doesn't have to be the stereotype, I like to think I bring a cheeky yet customer focused approach to my prospects which has helped PayDashboard grow exponentially. I have achieved this by working with prospects to pin point their needs and day to day working issues to showcase exactly how PayDashboard can best assist them moving forwards.
This naturally took me towards the Customer Success Management role within PayDashboard, helping set up and grow our CSM function. We now have a team of CSMs who look after the clients, their issues, queries, contracts and module utilisation of the software.
Working at a tech start up has always been something I have been interested in, during my search I was looking for a company that took the same stand point as myself towards customer service. Our clients always come first and all of our future development is led by our current clients and the new issues they face.
