With over 3 years of copywriting experience, the time I've spent writing has been varied and exciting - to say the least!
At AO, not only did I produce product and UX copy, but I also worked in the Campaign and Editorial team, writing ‘how to’ guides, landing pages, advertorials, social posts, Google ads and radio and YouTube VOD scripts - to name a few. In fact, I was the lead copywriter for AO’s 2019 Christmas and Easter campaigns, while also being the lead copywriter for their marketing emails.
My experience extends far beyond making washing machines sound exciting though. From editing a lighting design website, to writing music reviews, creating articles about ‘best Valentine’s Day activities in Manchester’ (for example), and putting together news stories on everything from video games to human-interest pieces and scarecrow festivals.
I like to think I've got a rather varied portfolio already under my belt, and I'm excited for it to grow even more!
