Interim HR Business Partner
Essex County Fire & Rescue Service (ECFRS).
I joined ECFRS on an initial 3 month contract to cover a long-term absence. My role was to care-take this role,

• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, as a strategic partner to the business. Working closely
