● Day to day management of all sites delegating daily duties and ensuring all
checklists were completed and any issues are resolved

● Generate all monthly billing, invoicing, accounts reconciliation, license
agreement creation and payroll

● Business Development, as the office market changed innovated the business with the owner to maximise the use of all space, developing one building to production
suites and private members club with an in house screening room, podcast studio
