I'm offering
I am highly experienced in Fabrication, Machining and Moulding work. I have vast experience using Autodesk Inventor software and have automated several product designs from linking them directly to a spreadsheet, to using an iLogic form contained within Inventor to help generate designs faster. This can be either linking and swapping lots of existing standard parts or completely bespoke designs based on a set of inputs. I have a vast knowledge of Autodesk Vault software and have managed a Vault system for 10 years. I have been fully trained using GD&T. In the past I have worked in the catering industry and have good knowledge of design of servers counters and designed a full suite of drop in service units such as Cerans, Bain Maries, Chilled Wells etc. I am experienced in sheet metal work and have some CNC experience.

job
Draughting Systems Manager
Trelleborg.
Responsible for managing the Document management system (Autodesk Vault), setting security
privileges, Folder security, adding new users, creating workflows and revision schemes. I manage and
maintain the Content Centre. I was tasked with creating automated models/drawings of several of the company standard products that were bespoke dimensionally, but geometrically they had very similar
features. This included getting notes and drawing views to switch on or off depending on the product
setup using Inventor iLogic. This helped to eliminate reoccurring errors. I was chosen to spearhead the design function involvement in 2 ERP system implementations. I trained all users, created supporting
documents and acted as the company 'super user' for this function. Some knowledge of 3DS Max that
was used to create rendered images for company marketing documents.

I was responsible for designing a full suite of server counter modular units as the company was a new

metal sizes for punching and generate the punch programs. I also created working manufacturing
drawings for all customer bespoke counters based on their requirements. These drawings included
counter top detail (steel/granite etc) stainless steel sub frame, electrical housing, cupboards, drawers
etc. I regularly went to customer sites to take accurate measurements of walls etc and doors for access.
