Havas Lynx is a leading global healthcare communications agency, devoted to changing the way the world does healthcare communications.
As a Designer I was involved in hugely diverse projects, working on large corporate accounts: Kellogg’s, Northern Powerhouse, Abbvie, Janssen and Novartis. Creating digital and print assets, congress exhibitions, presentations and visual guidelines.
During my employment here I loved to get involved with creative internal projects. For example, redesigning and project managing an office refurbishment and creating a visual identity for the agency’s annual White Paper.

Incentivise is the go to company in the travel and events industry organising bespoke and luxury trips all over the world for corporate clients.
As the lead Designer it was my responsibility to design and craft beautiful literature to showcase the events, including printing and packaging.
Incentivise were in need of a significant rebrand to reflect their personality. I led and coordinated this project including initial research and strategy, digging deeper to understand the business, their goals and value proposition. This allowed me to create a meaningful brand identity with a compelling, bold website to exhibit their portfolio.

Interaction is a leading workplace design and build company based in the South West. The role as Brand Manager involved a variety of creative and marketing tasks as well as ever-evolving knowledge in design, campaigns, interior trends, website management, social media and events.
Within 4 years I created hundreds of presentations, project managed several events and optimised the website which massively increased business leads and online presence. I took on the responsibility to revamp the in- house marketing structure by introducing new strategies, injecting fresh ways of thinking and built a new team. I also managed the complete re-brand of Interaction, which was a continuously evolving exercise.
Very much a design-led role, the goal was to push the boundaries in content and design to promote Interaction above and beyond competitors.
Daily responsibilities included: Digital pitches and printed marketing proposals, editorial layouts, advertising, managing marketing strategies, website management and design, coordinating online content, designing and managing branded merchandise, producing and coordinating events, creating new marketing collateral.
