All, of the data are live from the server (if any changes are made on the server the excel file data will directly change accordingly).

• Managing stock of all the raw materials on site which included responsibility for verifying the ordered stock quantity with the received stock, ensuring stock rotation according to the use by date, reporting shortages in deliveries, ensuring site had sufficient supply of the raw materials, allocating the location of raw and packaging materials in the storage area. This required attention to detail to use by dates, number of raw materials which if any deflection would lead me to liaise with the supply chain office.
• Goods were booked by using Arora software connected to the supply chain office and deliveries were scheduled by communicating with the transport company by means of email or telephone, other responsibilities included was record keeping of the deliveries receipt, ensuring goods in area is clean and hygienic provided all health and safety measures are being followed. This improved my communication skills and helped me to be organised.
• Other responsibilities included liaising with the internal staff regarding the raw materials and packaging items that needed to be transferred to production line and dispatch section without any delay. This helped me to develop good workplace relationships.
