Senior Digital Marketing Manager
The O2 (AEG Europe).
I oversee the digital channels for the venue inclusive of website, social channels and venue app whilst also assisting with CRM content strategy. Working closely with multiple departments including Global Partnerships, Commercial, Retail, Ticketing (in- house and ticketing partner), Programming, Communications and stakeholders we ensure that digital comms is at the forefront of strategy and campaigns.
Digital marketing strategies are created to meet commercial objectives, promote ticket sales, encourage audience engagement, meet partner contractual obligations and reach KPI's.
