I started my career in events, and then have transitioned to working with start-ups. During this time I have always worked in customer facing roles or in product positions where the satisfaction of the customer was our main focus. This has allowed me to develop strong written and verbal communication with customers, an understanding of modern customer service and a drive for excellence. I am a highly empathetic person, and I genuinely really enjoy speaking with customers whether this is to solve a problem, collect feedback or to dive deeper into data analysis.
Recently I have been transitioning away from working full time at an early stage start up, where I was working full time to reduce complexity in the customer journey, increase customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn. In addition I was working with their engineering team to create a fully digital customer experience journey.
