● Shadowing CMM Programmer using different measurements on the CMM (coordinate measuring machine) determining if parts are to CAD nominal or not.
● Shadowing Machine Setters watching how each tool in the press is changed with the SMED (Single minute exchange of Die) Process
● Watching a 10 Tonne press in operation.
● Discussed the different compositions of each and the way in which the acids work. Also talked a lot about IR spectroscopy
