I have a broad range of professional experience working in retail, sales and marketing and absolutely love delivering top notch customer service. It may be cliched to say "service with a smile" but I genuinely believe and practice that. I am a natural problem solver and people always seem to come to me for advice and tell me I'm "a good listener". With customers, I always aim to be courteous, patient and professional at all times, and nothing makes my working day better than knowing that customer has gone away much happier than when they started the call with me.
Additionally, I have experience working within the performing arts, having been employed as a wardrobe assistant and also a dresser on UK touring productions. In my spare time, I enjoy illustration and video editing and during the pandemic, I have been working on a personal documentary project. Entitled 'Waiting in the Wings', this documentary explores the impact of Coronavirus on the UK arts industry and, more personally, on the individuals that work within it.
