I'm a songwriter who puts a strong emphasis on writing songs that have an interesting harmonic element which satisfies the ear while also leaving space for the melodic hook to stand out on top. Writing pieces of music that can defy the standard song structure while also writing songs within tried and tested song structures that are not bland or unsatisfying.
As a session musician I record in a variety of styles and can provide high quality recordings of my playing with a variety of sounds while also providing the raw D.I. track for producers to allow them to tailor their own sound to the part I have recorded. With many years playing in various bands covering pop, rock, funk, soul and reggae I am well versed in a wide range of styles.
