Undertaking a 12-month-placement year supporting the team, resulting in my contract being extended for good perfomrnace for a furter three months. Xerox is a multi-tech company focusing on innovation. As a marketing executive, my role was versatile, having had the opportunity to create events and marketing activities and also gaining experience in crisis management due to the Pandemic.
Key Responsabilities:
• Using my initative and creativeness, designin client facing marketing content; newsletters, presentations, videos to ensure tenders and create brand awareness
• Developing concepts based on the client's values and approach and ensuring to create messaging that matches the client overall business strategy
• Designing branded assets for exhibitions and trade shows working closely with vendors, managing the relationship and ensuring that the needs are met up to the standard required.
• Organising in-house and external events such as exhibitions, launches and networking events; looking after the logistics and venue management, responsible for ensuring accurate registration, on day-coordination and lead follow up, having a pro active approach to take responsibility and ensure events are being delivered in accordance with the schedule.
• Carrying out market research on competitor companies during Covid and researching for new opportunities to boost visibility, as well as developing an understanding of the crisis management of different clientele and how can our company support them better.
• Adapting to the new environment by creating online networking events and online conference materials to assist the team and later train them on Cisco Webex Events

The Crutched Friars is a well-known Stonegate branch pub in a busy business area.
• When appointed in the bar, my duty was to take and deliver orders and handle payments which had its challenges during rush hour, working closely with the team we managed to serve every customer quickly, multi-tasking skills were inevitable
• During table service I needed to give acute attention to health and safety measures and to make sure I provide a great experience for our customers
• Constant upselling to customers was expected as well as knowing our products to be able to answer any questions and be able to recommend food and bevarages
• Teaching, training and showing new members our pub operates were also my responsibilities
