Over the past 20+ years, I've had the pleasure of working at companies who are world leaders in their field including JWT, De Beers, Octopus Group (Electric Vehicle arm) and also Start-ups, Scaleups and SME’s across a number of industries – from FinTech to VR & AR to Investment to Sport to PR Agencies and many more.

My current responsibilities at Get The Gen involve offering consultative advice, talks, workshops and mentoring training to support employers in recruitment, retention and progression of young people (18-30). Our clients understand how Get The Gen can help recruit and retain the right people and ensure multigenerational teams work in the most efficient and productive ways - driving costs down and increasing working productivity.

In all previous roles, I've been responsible for new business generation, growing existing accounts, and delivering high quality products and services to help my clients to achieve their business goals. As a business development expert for the Start-ups and SME’s the role has also included a significant amount of marketing with more and more focus on social media, SEO and DM campaigns to build a new target audience database.

In my personal time I am now a volunteer mentor for Cherie Blair Foundation for Women in Business and young offenders at Brixton Prison. This volunteering work is incredibly rewarding, I learn new things about people and myself every week.
