I'm offering
I worked as a Latent Defects manager for Notting Hill Genesis. This involved creating a latent defect case to be presented to the original construction contractor for them to rectify. Previous to this - I worked as Quality Manager for the majority of the G15 housing associations in London as a Clerk of Works. In this role, I was responsible for highlighting any defects, health & safety, non-compliance and program slippage issues. I was also responsible for the snagging and quality of all units.
I am truly passionate about my work with a major emphasis on customer service and resolution.
My ability to create team cohesion by getting everyone striving for the same common objective is my greatest skill/attribute.
I hold a Masters with Distinction in Construction Project Management, among other academic qualifications.
