● Following many years of hobby photography ACA Photography was launched in March 2020 shooting primarily families, children as well as product photography for local businesses. Misconduct investigations have increased by approximately 80% within Ladies wear compared to the previous year with 60% of those leading to a disciplinary outcome.
● Manage the day to day operation for Formal and Tailoring within Ladies wear, ensuring team members have the skills and confidence to take ownership in my absence and continue to deliver a sales focused department.
Lead the Ladies Wear 'Tailoring World' trial, monitored and mitigated risks, utilising learnings to improve sales performance moving forward. Created initial edits and tailored towards the 'sweet spot' customer, receiving positive, regular feedback from customers about the outfit combinations and increasing blazer sales.
● Coached and developed my immediate team as well as colleagues across the store using techniques with both individuals and groups (in-moment feedback, facilitated training sessions and engagement sessions).
