For the past 12 years, I have been working as a Butler /Hospitality Assistant, my main responsibilities have been, greeting and welcoming clients, delivering food, cleaning, making menus, setting up meeting rooms, overseen stock control as well as the set-up of food and beverages for events while ensuring that they have been properly checked.
My number one priority has always been to provide the highest quality of service in order to encourage clients to come back.
As someone with an IT professional background I have on many occasions assisted clients to connect their equipment with our in house facilities, saving time and avoid unnecessary stress to our guests.
Being proactive and able to multi task has helped me to develop a strong awareness of the interrelation between departments and how this help as to achieved customer satisfaction from start to finish.
