job
Chief Executive Officer
Imprint Applications / Tigra Sportswear.
My current position is at Imprint Applications, my primary responsibilities include making
major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company,
acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations and being the public face of the company. Alongside this I also act as a production manager on a day to day basis in between running the corporate
decisions, ensuring the day to day jobs are carried out to a professional standard and all
16 members of staff we currently have are all working to their full potential whilst still
getting enjoyment out of working. This follows through the business from the machinists
cutting and sewing all the way up to the digital team creating new and inventive content.
We have recently ventured into creating and manufacturing fully bespoke sporting
apparel such as football kits with a sister company we recently created called Tigra
Sportswear, to give all sports teams there very own one off kit, no matter what level or
standard from grass roots to professional teams and athletes. Which sits alongside
Imprint Applications where we can do any finishing off such as embroidered badges,
sponsors, and printing.
• One of our proudest moments to date would have to be our very recent decision
brought on by the current pandemic, we recently diversified into face masks and snoods during the ongoing pandemic which in turn created eight new jobs after
receiving notable orders form Middlesbrough council alongside established
sporting teams such as Saracens men rugby team, Swansea city, AFC Wimbledon
and many more. All alongside donating a sum of money per mask sold going to the Middlesbrough philanthropic society, so far donating £5000 and still ongoing.
Maintained financial records for the establishment and determined financial,
staffing, materials and other short and long term needs.
