nearshore delivery service, while being directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of virginmedia.com. I also led the creation of digital investment cases and established robust
governance for in-life financial control.
My achievements include the creation of the digital platform strategy and the implementation of agile approaches across the business, enabling a revolution in pace and customer focus.
Using on and offshore partnering to scale, we realised step changes in efficiency and quality.
