I'm offering
Senior Enterprise Agile Coach and Agile Transformation Consultant with experience of building high performing teams and scaled agile organisations to create valuable business and customer outcomes.
Adept at engaging teams and individuals to buy into change objectives, set goals and achieve them. I focus on guiding the creation of an organisation and environment that can support and grow teams by listening, questioning and drawing out the internal challenges.
What I have learned is that there is no "one size fits all" solution and, therefore, the services I offer are tailored to be the perfect fit for each individual client and role.

Transforming software delivery in Enabling Units IT in order to deliver a global learning ecosystem. I trained, coached and mentored the team to deliver two critical applications on time, in budget and with a far greater scope than initially imagined.

Utilising my skills and experience of Agile PPM I was able to guide the team through long range planning for their portfolio backlog items and have introduced them to techniques such as Demand & Capacity Planning, (SAFe) Program Increment Planning, Agile Governance & Controls and, critically for this client, how Agile teams can extract the maximum value from their chosen Agile framework whilst maintaining compliance with a traditional PMO process.
I delivered an exemplar of Agile best practice that is being used by other areas in the business to accelerate their own Agile transformation journeys. I am proud to say that the teams I have worked with are not only doing Agile but have started to think and be Agile. I took an group that thought only in terms of short lived project teams and implanted the idea of long lived Product teams capable of undertaking multiple projects over the lifetime of their Product.

Senior Agile Coach
Hewlett Packard.
As a senior Agile Coach I established myself as a respected advisor, coach, and trainer to stakeholders of all levels in multi-vendor landscapes across the EMEA region. In this role I played a significant part in establishing the credibility of HP ES as a thought leader and trusted partner for Agile at scale and, in my role on collective bid teams, delivered £Millions in new Agile software delivery business.
I was also required to continue my Programme management role with Vodafone UK, a relationship that began in late 2009 when I turned around a failing relationship with the client by transitioning the delivery model from traditional waterfall to scaled agile Scrum. This was achieved by flying in a small team of developers and testers from our offshore delivery centre and establishing them as a Scrum team in the middle of the Vodafone product management team.
Within 3 months my team was delivering more value in a single Sprint than had been delivered in the whole of the previous year. In the first 12 months of my tenure we had grown to 15 Scrum Teams delivering increments of near zero defect code in every iteration to delighted Vodafone stakeholders.
