I'm offering
With over 20 years experience within the arboricultural industry I have developed an efficient climbing style, which enables me to undertake a range of climbing operations fluidly. I was awarded my class 2 bat license in 2009 from which time I have undertaken a range of aerial bat inspections on trees. I use my arb knowledge to better understand tree morphology, which improves my roost feature identification and anticipate the internal substrate structure provided.
I have a back ground in commercial management which I apply to site managing during large scale projects such as HS2. I am therefore able to control site movements with a strong focus on site relations. I feel it is important to ensure all site personnel are happy with the the works processing, which in turn improves site productivity. I am also able to operate the majority of site plant from dumpers-MEWPs (Mobile Operating Works Platform) this makes it easier to communicate to site personnel with a familiar connection to the plant. Therefore I am able to get various peoples views on the works and develop a methodology to move forward within the project.
