Customer Assistant
Waitrose.
Delivered outstanding customer service such as stacking shelves and made sure that the Health and Beauty section looked
presentable. I made an effective use of time management by being able to work as a team and individually to meet deadlines and
team targets. I also made use of my previous experience and knowledge that I gained while working for Boots, to attend to customers who needed any advice related to Health and Beauty products.
Achievement
I am currently a Brand Ambassador for the Cooperative Supermarket which focuses on a campaign, to encourage students to purchase food products from The Cooperative. This involves creating a video of myself, cooking a variety of dishes on a budget.
These videos are posted on different social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc. By collaborating with Cooperative and putting myself in front of the camera, I have been able to gain confidence and create a platform from my hobby.
