Working as a L&D assistant, I spent 30% of each day utilising the Learning Management System to analyse large volumes of data through reports, to influence decision making processes. I spent the remaining 70% of my day working closely with different
departments, internal and external suppliers and stakeholders nationally/internationally. In order to successfully set up multiple
courses across Madrid, Amsterdam, Brussels, Manchester and London for the business services division and fee- earners within

everything prepared for the 2-day induction. This also involved setting up rooms, creating starter packs and organising

• Arranging the travel and itineraries for external facilitators such as booking hotels and transportation.
• Analysed departmental needs and developed new training programmes based on the findings and implemented this
across the firm.
• Organised internal training courses linked to business and individual objectives across all divisions and levels within the UK and outside the UK. I liaised with external and internal suppliers, creating partnerships which enhanced the training
portfolio.
