Fresh-Thinking Interior Designer specialising in Residential Design
Henley on Thames, United Kingdom
Lovely to e-meet you all.
My name is Victoria (Vicky for short) and I have 8 years working in the Interior Design Industry, where I have worked with well-known brands such as Starbucks, Mint Velvet, Hugo Boss and Tiffany & Co. Most recently, I have transferred my skills over to Residential + Interior Styling. However, happy to work on small retail projects.
I see myself as a conceptually driven designer. At the start of every project I love being totally immersed in the initial concept that becomes that driving force for the overall design. As a designer I am familiar with drawing packages, moodboards, material boards, detailing and working closely with contractors to get a job done. In addition, I thoroughly enjoy visualising. Not only does this aid my design process but gives my clients an idea of what their space could look and feel like. I see this to be one of my design strengths.
Furthermore, I see the importance of understanding the clients needs at the start of every project. A chance to discuss their likes and dislikes, how they use spaces, what inspires them and makes them feel great. It is important to capture those important fundamentals in order to carry out a successful design project. I also believe it is important to allow my clients to be involved with every design stage, so they can understand my Design Process from the word go and to ensure no surprises at handover.
I very much look forward to being a part of your personal Interior Design Journey's!
