TMB (Mortgage System for Bank of Ireland) key area for Bank of Ireland to be managed by NTT (Previously Dell Services before acquisition in Nov'16), as part of the Bank's strategic decision of Cost optimization.
Regulatory Projects delivered for Mortgages Sustainability Guidelines, CCMA, Mortgage Credit directive, SEPA and TRS, and Multiple Correspondence changes.
Apart from the above regulations, there were many BAU programmes as: Past maturity, Correspondence changes, Books of Bank merging (BOI and other XX).
Key responsibilities as Product Owner (Sustainability Project)
• Categorizing and scoping the requirements from the Business Requirement document in collaboration with BA.
• Initiating Requirement simplification workshops with Business to prioritize the requirements and creating a product Backlog at feature level
• Creating user stories, managing technical/Non functional requirements and bugs thru the Product backlog
• Working with Business and BA throughout duration of project for the backlog grooming.
Key responsibilities as Project manager -Misc Work Packets
• Identify and defining the scope, planning Key milestones, dependencies, Risk and autonomously manage the implementation of Projects complying with the Project & Programme Management Methodology.
• Working with Business teams to get requirement sign off, drawing detailed high level for complex projects in programme.
• Preparing a business case, Project Brief, PID, & another project documentation
• Identify & manage project resources from all levels within the organization for timely delivery of projects and assisting the Technical /Test teams with various strategies that are viable.
• Engagement with Operational, Business, IT stakeholders for Service introduction and Transition as part of the Implementation.
• Preparing and agreeing on the Technical documents as TOM, Implementation plan, Service agreements for transition, Transition plan and other key documents.
• Assisting Business and other Functional stakeholders in Business testing
• Weekly reporting highlighting key risks and issues to Internal and external stakeholders and managing them.
• Managed effort, Cost and resources through Project Management tool Clarity on weekly basis and raising monthly invoice to Customers.

• To assist in Best Practice of the Project Management Methodology
