Duties:
*I provide analytical advice , guidance and support to 32 members of the Consultation team and Project Managers across TfL.
*I'm responsible for working flexibly across a number of projects varying in size, technical complexity, response rates (from 10 to 10,000 replies) and comment reply length (often two or more pages) simultaneously in order to carry out timely analysis and written outcome reports to agreed standards. I work with the Consultation Compliance and Delivery Managers to develop best practice guidance for consultation surveys, analysis and reporting to ensure TfL delivers effective consultation reports (identifying trends, producing graphs and charts from my findings).
*Adhere to best practice guidance to provide expert advice on consultation survey design, planning, analysis and reporting to the Consultation Team and other TfL business units as required.
*Analysing data on Excel to an advance level, (functions: formatting ,creating Privot tables, charts/tables graphs, Vlookups and complex formulas)
*Manage the timely and accurate upload of all consultation material and responses (as agreed with Consultation Specialist / Officer) to TfL's online consultation tool and creating TfL consultation webpage using HTML/Python(Printing).
*Manage and provide quantitative analysis of all TfL consultations to provide statistical and demographic information for consultation outcome reporting. This involves the use of Microsoft Office software, TfL's online tool and Esri Geographic Information Systems (GIS) ArcGIS systems/Mapinfo to produce maps of where the respondents have responded from and to sort and extract key themes from consultations.
*creating consultation reports to a suitable, agreed, clear, concise, and transparent customer focused format that conveys key findings and can be used by Business Unit Project Managers to inform decisions.
