Saswati Mallick is a scrum master (PSM-1) and ISTQB certified software professional with almost 9 years of experience in I.T. industry with specialization in Insurance, Pega web testing, ITIL product testing and mobile application testing on android platform. She has worked on all phases of software testing life cycle, performing functional requirement analysis, designing test cases, preparing test strategies, executing manual test scripts, managing defects using tools like JIRA/HPQC and performing reviews. Her skills also include system integration testing, UI testing including responsive UI for mobile devices and cross browser testing. She also has experience in testing enterprise level ITSM software applications. She has a great eye for details which helps in bringing out the requirement gaps, leading to early defect detection which has helped in reducing project costs in some of her earlier projects.
