- CGI internal meeting to validate CGI Housing association value proposition against L&Q requirements. Identification of the need for clear, compelling, and detailed use cases e.g. Glasgow to use in the dialogue with L&Q as proof points of capability.
- Arrangement of Video call with CIO and 2 directors of L&Q. pre-meeting validation of likely course of meeting and areas of CGI value add.
- Engagement in video call with CIO and directors to out-line CGI capability and gain deeper insights into L&Q scenario.
- Creation of follow up message to CIO, out-lining key points from the meeting, key constraints, political situation and follow up action.
Total 4 days @ £750 per day (VAT exempt as consulting practice is not yet eligible for VAT.
Total Cost £3,000.00
Note: Contract between P.Nuttall consulting and CGI is in preparation.
Payment due within 30 days from Invoice. Early payment would be appreciated.
