I have been working in hospitality industry over 5 years now. 3 years I did spend doing some Front of House work (waitress and manager) in different level of establishment starting from being FOH member in busy fine dining restaurant to being a manager in a Michelin star restaurant. Other two years I spend being a chef in five-star and boutique hotels and focused on high standard level gastronomy. I did finish a BSc degree over these years in Culinary Arts Management. Although writing is not my main profession, I can write food articles, recipes, reviews etc.
