I'm offering
Internal communications is awesome, and I am awesome at it.
When it works well everyone in your business will know where you're going, how to get things done, why things are changing and what's coming next. You'll have engaged staff who understand why your business is a great place to work, and who will stick with you when the going gets tough.
This is what I love to do.
I get to work right at the heart of an organisation. My customers are the wonderful human beings around me, and I get to know them and their challenges inside and out. Then I use their insight to create and develop channels and tools that work. I create strategies and campaigns that are effective and I feel passionate about, so I know they have an impact on the people around me as well as achieving their objectives.
With over ten years comms experience I've worked on projects and campaigns that include employee wellbeing, behavioural change (transition to agile working or using new tools), employee engagement surveys and action taking, rolling out new HR benefits, new corporate strategies and so much more.
My personal freelance businesses focusses on talking about mental health at work using effective internal comms tool, and I'm always happy to talk about that work.
I can simply take complex messagng and turn it into copy that is simple and effective, or draw up an internal comms strategy that works for you - whatever you need you'll get an awesome human working on what you need.
