Despite the difficulties during the financial downturn in 2007 I used this comercial acumen to identify a niche in the market to broaden our client base. I also make business critical decisions to ensure the long term sustainability and viability of the company which included offering clients unique bespoke services to meet their specific needs and expectations.

I have well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with people at all levels. This was clearly evident over the last 15 years in developing and retaining new clients. In each situation I sought to understand the needs of the individual, built rapport and adapted my communication style to ensure that I conveyed myself effectively.
