I have well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with people at all levels. This was clearly evident over the last 15 years in developing and retaining new clients. In each situation I sought to understand the needs of the individual, built rapport and adapted my communication style to ensure that I conveyed myself effectively.
