• Managed a customer service team of 3 implementing an exceptional
personalized customer experience for all racers. This saw an overall increase
of our NPS (Net Promoter Score) to an average of 78%
• Designed (artwork and copywriting) and managed all pre and post event
communications to an annual participant database of 30,000 (up 3000 YOY)
• Created and implemented a new online customer journey from point of registration to race weekend. This achieved an average NPS of 78% and saw
an overall decrease in workload on our support team leading up to race day
• Managed key stakeholder relations and executed partner contract
deliverables which contributed £170K in revenue per year
• Managed the strategic re-design, production and delivery of an innovative
corporate race day package. Delivered an increase in £60k in corporate
programme revenue through ticket sales and sponsor opportunities, up 85%
