I'm a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr) with a Master's degree in Nutrition (specializing in Obesity and Weight Management) who has worked with all manners of individuals; from stay at home mums to Olympians, helping them overcoms eating disorders, improve their relationships with food and themselves, optimizing perfomance and empowering them to achieve their healthiest ever selves.
I've had my obesity research findings presented at global conferences and currently own OUTWRK nutrition and performance; a holistic nutrition practice where we work with everyone from internationally competing athletes to stay at home mothers, covering a broad spectrum of cases and issues (which can range from managing PCOS to improving food relationships and athletic performance).
Our practice revolves around a dynamic research based approach, honed by five plus years of experience and having worked with hundreds of clients. I have written several short books and also create social and corporate content for a number of companies. My ambition is to provide a source of clarity in the vastness of information and noise which exists in the health and fitness industry, and to share my experience and knowledge with as many people as I can.
