I have 5 years experience working in data analysis in the Market Research and financial sectors. I use SQL Server and Tableau on a daily basis to create procedures, data queries, data tables and in depth visualisations. I have a degree in Mathematics and Business Management and love problem solving, which helps when I spend my days looking at code and ways to improve and fix it. I have been using Tableau for 18 months and love creating engaging and in depth reports, last year I created a business wide telephony report with in built permissions and multiple dashboards. More recently I have taken on a telephony infrastructure project where I am trying to make substantial improvements to the processes and in built applications, working with the third party contractor.
I also have lots of experience with SSRS and Excel.
