•Assisted with the UAT process for Vauxhall and Opel mobile apps and participated in the QA process to identify bugs and improvements within the software. I used TFS and Jira to work with the business analysts, developers and project managers to track
defects and detail app requirements. As part of UAT, I developed a private SharePoint using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to refine
requirements and app defects, which the team found very beneficial
