- Quality - Creation and implementation of 'Qoute to Cash touch point reference guide'. quality
review and teaching procedure document to review order entry processing. reduction of 12%
to 2% rate of Return merchandise authorisations in key direct markets.
- Training - Implement training and creation of standard operating procedures for efficiency,
example of ExWorks IncoTerm process document used for orders within the 90% distributor
market partners. This assured all staff were trained to handle orders requiring customs
documentation outside of the EU as FCR, thus reducing time and resource.

Netherlands to assure 95% delivery capacity to the direct customer base in Germany, UK,

- Stakeholder management - Successful calibration in forecasting with Supply Chain and Sales
