Lead the project team developing, supporting and encouraging each member to achieve the objectives of the department and at the same time achieve its integration with the rest of the Company teams. Motivate them

operation. At the same time developing and implementing technological tools to maintain and updated the database and manage all the architectural documents and permits of the company through its web platform
● The setup of mechanisms, procedures, service level agreements (SLA's) between different departments.
● Generate KPI's to measure the degree of fulfilment of tasks, quantify the workload assigned to the team and ensure the efficient operation of the project department.
● Generate reports for the Project Department Director (reporting directly to him) and for the CEO.
● Develop construction guides and manuals to be followed for the new stores that will be integrated into shopping
centres, ensuring an architectonic, spatial and material standard level in all the company locations.
● Generate protocols and procedures for activities related to the project department and implement those
business procedures in the company integrating to commercial, financial and legal department.
● Prepare an annual budget scheduling expenditure, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
● Work with stakeholders across government and within industry, breaking down organisational boundaries to find
common ground and establish solutions, ensuring stakeholders engagement at every level.
● Manage refurbishments, running and drawing up tenders on behalf of the shopping centre as required. Carry
out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
● Work closely with designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope of works.
● Examine construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
● Supervise and monitor projects works in the field.
● Serve as a role model and promote professional behaviour.
