I carry out the majority of the departments administration duties day to day including the agencies design traffic and responsible for recruiting personnel for the team. I assign tasks to team members according to skills and proficiencies, providing direction at all key stages across various projects making sure the quality and performance in the design project reaches the maximum.
Working on campaigns/activations for Laphroaig, Courvoisier, Stoli Vodka, Jim Beam, Krug, El Tesoro, Tres Gen, Red Bull, Auchentoshan, Makers Mark, Bowmore and Sipsmith.

Creation of design and advertising from initial concept right through to delivery of final artwork. Working with Red Bull, Vita Coco, The Glenlivet, Goodman Restaurants, Greedy Goat, Joe & The Juice, Kamm & Sons, Roux, Tick Tock Tea, Anspach & Hobday, Black Garlic and CAMRA.
My new business brewery contact blossomed resulting in K&P winning three Golds and a Silver medal at the International Beer Challenge 2014. The agency also voted outright winners in the Best New Design & Packaging Range category for Anspach & Hobday. My design involvment was highly influential.
My role involves regular working up and development of ideas and concepts, bringing them to life. Many of which have been presented to Dietrich Mateschitz, Red Bull’s multi billionaire entrepreneur owner.
Developed and ran all print materials for the UK and Ireland launch of Red Bull Special Editions range as well as creating international masters for the advertising campaign. Substantial involvement in Red Bull Sugarfree, Total Zero, Energy, and E-Shot campaigns, including POS materials.
I designed and created Red Bull’s first-ever on-can promotion, an event logo for Red Bull Speed Jam.
Created the Global master of the Red Bull Air Race 2016 key visual.
Regular creation of Red Bull’s famous line drawing cartoons for concepts on TV storyboards, online activations and print advertising.
