My experience in managing large teams enabled a smooth bonding and delivered excellent results. Also was the build of structure marketing campaigns into the various divisions of said two accounts. The offering is around scientific innovation lifecycle management.

Great solution and company, the quota was easily within my reach the ability to communicate when at scientist level proven to be a challenge but one I loved. I love the company and the people, I left the team in a very good position.

Following on from my move to the new project at Eloqua, it was requested I move to what they thought was a bigger project and one with huge potential for Europe. I took on the project again without questioning their vision. However the investment failed and funding was withdrawn at the last minute. I maintained the EMEA operation and delivered 180% of target, delivering 23 new name customers in first 8 months. Barclays Capital, RBS, JP Morgan. AON. Great solution however the EMEA region delivered greater results than North America's for last 6 months, 80% redundancies and closure of EMEA operation in March 09. If I was not enticed away from Eloqua for this role I would still be there today because the environment and solution worked for me.

I employed sales people I knew that never fail to deliver; I removed myself from the management role and delivered outstanding results as an individual and as a team. Team target was 2.4 Million, delivered 3.1m, individual target was £700k, delivered £1.1m. New name customers included RBS, AON, Barclays, HSBC, Merrill Lynch, AIB, GE Capital, Nokia, Unilever and Cartesis. This project was at the request to the CEO at Global, an agreement was made and I moved.
Company floated, and sold for close to a billion, hence my change in career in 2009 My Share options delivered my wildest dreams
