I'm offering
Hi there, I'm currently a Computer Security and Forensics student and unfortunately the student part of that means I want to take on as much freelance work as possible. I have many IT based skills, am a decent enough writer and my skills in IT range from helping to solve a problem a end-user might be having, to giving advice on a upgrade for some systems to even simpler stuff like data entry. My point is if you have a job and it's in IT chances are I have some experience with it.

job
Sales representative
Betterware.
I worked self-employed for the betterware company selling all kind of goods for this company. I had to utilise my customer service skills to be able to gain the sales needed to hit my targets, I also had to establish a clear chain of communication with my employer and to pass that information on to the customers to ensure they was receiving the best customer service we could offer as a company. I had to use my math skills to ensure my customers was providing the correct money and receiving the correct change. As well as my communication skills and maths skills I had to be organised as I was dispatching betterware magazines and collecting the orders as well as sorting out and delivering the orders in a timely fashion to my customers. To do this job and get the results needed I was very self-motivated and the only reason I left the company was to start my college course and better my ICT and communication skills.
Voluntary work May 2017 and May 2018 "Gamecon"
I also used by free time to help set up and run a college charity event for four days in the month of May in 2017 with me planning to help out this year (2018) again. There was a lot of planning involved with setting up the event initially as there are many considerations that I and others that helped had to deal with. We had to consider security concerns for the college, making sure people didn't wander off to places they shouldn't be, make sure the consoles that people were playing stayed within the event and no one took them outside the designated areas. As well as me personally having to stream the event on twitch and make sure that all went smoothly (which I might add is no easy feat considering it was all live and not pre-recorded). This helped improve my overall team-based skills, also, this has helped me keep organised through planning such an event, as well as giving me amazing communication skills as I had to direct people and tell them about certain games consoles directly whilst staying calm and collected.
