Tom Parry is a writer, director and comedian. He has written on five series of the BAFTA winning children’s show Class Dismissed, co-wrote and starred in two series of the studio sitcom Badults on BBC3 and wrote an episode of The Job Lot for ITV2. He wrote the feature films Andy Christ- which is currently in development with Bedlam Pictures and Your Christmas or Mine? which is in development at Shiny Button. He is currently writing Zombie Troubles for Searchlight Pictures.
As one third of the award winning sketch group Pappys he wrote six Edinburgh shows, twice being nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award. He returned to Edinburgh as a solo Stand-Up, receiving a Best Newcomer nomination for his show Yellow T Shirt which he translated into the critically lauded Radio Four series Fancy Dressed Life. Tom directed the award nominated The Reunion by Max and Ivan and the Edinburgh award winning show Don Rodolfo by Ciaran Dowd which is currently in development with the BBC.
