The Senior Project Manager holds overall departmental responsibility for the successful installation of graphics for shows and exhibitions across the UK and Europe. The role involves direct
management of allocated members of the Project Management Team, ensuring that all graphic
projects are designed, produced and installed successfully, on time, within set budgets, and achieving
expected profit margins. The Senior Project Manager role also undertakes a number of complex high
value shows for high profile clients throughout the year. I am also the Champion for Clarity Software,

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver high value and complex graphics projects across the UK and Europe
• Work directly with clients to develop an initial brief of their graphics requirements, and identify
and allocate all resources necessary for a successful conclusion
• In conjunction with the Graphic Design Team develop artwork concepts for the client, and once
agreed ensure all visuals are signed off and produced within an agreed time-frame

• Submit monthly financial reports and reviews around profitability and performance to the Finance Department and the Director of Graphics
