• Following the merger of Bradford & Bingley and Northern Rock, I managed the Training Workstream of Operations Transformation, rolling out the core mortgage servicing platform (UFSS), work flow management (WFM), progress tracking (Process360) and NICE call recording (Business Systems) systems to c700 Operations colleagues across 3 sites over a 12-month period, working closely with the developers and UAT testers to understand progress and the impacts of any delays on the planned rollout dates
• In Phase 2 I enabled Optimisation of newly merged functions by managing the implementation of UFSS software updates, continuous improvement initiatives and training solutions to align and improve end to end processes and resources, whilst ensuring adherence to Regulatory Framework and Compliance requirements
• Managed a new team set up following rollout of Government Help To Buy Scheme. Worked with a Third Party IT company to make changes to a bespoke copy of UFSS for use by the ringfenced team. Project managed the team implementation including software, people, policies and processes, alongside business Stakeholders.
• Use of MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level
